Just a few clicks on our website/app to arrange a pickup. When making the booking, simply Sign up with your mobile number, choose the City/Area, choose the service you want, click on the cart, click on schedule & place order fill up details the period of time and the method of payment. In the event that your pickup is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will notify you in advance.

If you miss the pick-up service, you only need to dial our call centre number 7665575546 or mail support@mylaundry.in to reschedule, and we will reschedule.

From your door, your clothes go directly to the first-class laundromat near you, where our quality control manager will conduct a thorough inspection and distribute them with your clothes. We have the most advanced machines to wash and dry your clothes. We then process them as per instructions given by you while placing an order.

Do not give expensive clothes for simple laundry. Always choose dry cleaning of them. We take utmost care while handling clothes that may bleed out the colour.

The minimum order value is Rs. 299.

(a) You can pay through GooglePay, PhonePe, PayTM Wallet directly to the number provided to you by our delivery executive.
(b) You can pay through the payment link (UPI link) you received on the SMS receipt at pickup time.
(c) Scan QR code on the PDF invoice you received in your Booking History Section or email, QR code will take you to any UPI app installed on your mobile phone.
(d) Click on "Pay Now" on the PDF invoice you downloaded/received from the link in point (b).
(e) You have to download the PDF invoice from the top-right corner of the link you got at pickup time.
